Panel Discussion on Global Conflicts and Implications for Nepal

The 7th Annual General Meeting of FIPMO was held on 31 October 2023 at the Alice Conference, Pulchowk, Lalitpur.

As part of the programme, Mr. Arun Kumar Subedi, International Political Analyst, presented on “Ongoing and Emerging Conflicts in the World and Possible Implications for Nepal.”

The presentation examined major developments in global conflicts, including the Israel-Hamas conflict, and discussed their possible implications for Nepal. The session also encouraged discussion on Nepal’s role in international and United Nations decision-making and the importance of informed and proactive engagement in international affairs.

The presentation was followed by an interactive discussion in which FIPMO members shared their perspectives and engaged with the issues raised during the session.
