Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) – Member Engagement and FIPMO Activities

An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) was convened by FIPMO on 26 June 2022 to discuss the organization’s ongoing and planned activities and strengthen member engagement.

The meeting focused on:

• Reviewing FIPMO’s ongoing and planned activities.

• Updating member profiles and professional information.

• Identifying one or two specific areas of interest and expertise where individual members would be willing and available to contribute.

• Sharing experiences and ideas on FIPMO’s future activities and approaches.

• Exploring ways to strengthen partnerships with government agencies and communities.

• Strengthening networking, collaboration, and mutual support among FIPMO members.

The EGM provided useful guidance on possible approaches to FIPMO’s activities and helped identify opportunities to better utilize members’ professional expertise in support of the organization’s objectives.
