Collaboration with Southwestern Centre for Research and PhD Studies (SCR-PhD Studies)

FIPMO signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Southwestern Centre for Research and PhD Studies (SCR-PhD Studies) on 15 January 2019. The agreement continues to provide a framework for collaboration and the sharing of professional and academic expertise.

In line with the agreement, specialist FIPMO members have been invited to contribute their practical knowledge, field experience, and relevant academic backgrounds to support and guide PhD students and contribute to academic activities.

As part of this collaboration, Suresh R. Sharma volunteered to serve as a co-supervisor for a PhD student enrolled at Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur. In addition, Birat Simha offered to assist with the editing of the academic journal published by the Centre.

The collaboration reflects FIPMO’s commitment to sharing the professional and academic expertise of its members in support of education, research, and capacity development.
