Project Update: Daplung

Excerpt:Dr. Surendra Bahadur Panday visited Daplung to review the progress of the revolving fund project and meet beneficiaries after nearly 18 months. Despite challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and recent natural disasters, beneficiaries have continued their income-generating activities and expressed gratitude for FIPMO’s support. In recognition of the difficulties faced, FIPMO approved a two-year extension of the project period, allowing beneficiaries additional time to complete a full loan cycle. The beneficiaries reaffirmed their commitment to repay the funds and support future project expansion by sharing their experiences with other communities.
