A FIPMO symposium on ‘Nepal – a nation trapped in economic stagnation and global irrelevance’ was organized at Mokhs Restaurant, Jhamsikhel on 8 June 2016. Dr. Omkar Shrestha was the main speaker. Commentators included Dr. Prakash Chandra Lohani, Dr. Ram Sharan Mahat, Dr. Meena Acharya, Mr. Bhawani Dhungana, and Mr. Binod Sijapati. The symposium was moderated by Mr. Jay Nishaant.
