(Of the 13 families, eleven individual family received a pair of female goats (50% Boer) for raising. Two families received one each male goats (75 % Boer) and one each female goats (50% Boer). Keshar Agro Farm was happy to be part of the contribution and is in regular contact with the Chepang families as part of the after-support program.

Current update: The Goats are in healthier conditions, Growth rate is more than we expected. Breeding has started and we expect to get good results soon. We will be in regular contact with the families. Once again Thank you Dr. Surendra Bahadur Panday (FIPMO members and family) to allow us to be part of this great initiative.

Thank you KAF from FIPMO:
Keshar Agro Farm – Goat Farm (KAF) has been a great addition in supporting the second phase of the project of the Former International Professionals of Multilateral Organizations (FIPMO) – Nepal to Chepang Community targetting the economic empowerment and upliftment of marginalized Chepang women with home-based economic activities on a pilot basis. Without the volunteer contribution of KAF substantially subsidizing the cost of goats, free transportation from Gorshadi in Nawalpur to Ramiran Danda in Chitwan, free training, technical and monitoring support to the project under its outreach community service activities start-up of the second phase would not have been possible for FIPMO.  Thank you KAF and personally Mr.Shabdab Khan for the support that has been much appreciated.
